I don't think there is any efficiency gain (especially in the long run). Currently, AI works with quite high error rates, so if you have to do it manually again afterwards, it's already an extra (time and cost)...
I think that in its current state, AI is not a solution in the construction industry.

Common sense items a construction firm should be mindful of when building a LLM for construction. 

Looking at this list having a hard time seeing where the efficiency gain/deflation comes from.
