On more than one occasion I have found myself reading the terms and conditions of some software (I don't know if you read them) and what I have found there on several occasions is really insulting.
And it is an unequal contract. Summarized many times only to: the rights of the company and the obligations of the user.
On the one hand, the company declaring its rights over the software and terms of use. Things like the software can only install it on one device at a time. That the company is not responsible for any damage, loss or even malfunction of the software. This is partly understandable.
But the user; of which, generally fewer rights are mentioned, sometimes none. But read the obligations; The user is even held responsible for damages suffered by the company's partners, even going so far as to do things like this: that the user in the event of a dispute must defend the company that owns the software. What to say!!
