I was just thinking I need more sprints in my current regiment
If you haven't sprinted in a while then this is a good regimen to implement in the half hour before sprinting to warm your muscles up by raising your core temperature, get the blood flowing, and joints lubricated.
I Sprint with a group out here in Miami called Miami sprints and it's led by former professional athletes and people that ran in college and high school so it may seem like the warm up is a bit excessive but that's what they do and I've been running for years without injury.
What you don't want to do is get injured and then have to sit on the couch for a couple weeks.

IG? Haha that isn’t happening I’m loyal to SN. But my issue is finding a location to sprint. Maybe I might do some sprints at the basketball court near my house. Just need an actual plan like how to warm up and now many sprints I should do
