Bitcoin companies are not that different from many other companies
He points out 2 differences:
  1. cyclical (volatile) growth and de-growth
  2. holding bitcoin on the balance sheet and paying employees in bitcoin is good for the company in bull markets, and bad in bears
Overall, I think he's just arguing for Bitcoin companies to have a little more foresight and not get over-indexed on Bitcoin reserves and growth during bull markets - mostly because it's demoralizing for employees, especially the ones let go during bear markets.
