Great! I'm trying my best to stay away from Facebook too. I managed to avoid it for a few months, but due to some circumstances, I'm back using it again.

I believe people in our countries use facebook more than the people in the west. However there's nothing like value content on FB.

facebook itself is pretty much dead, but facebook groups I think is alive and kicking. a lot of super active physician fb groups
