A benefit of healthy eating habits is that your palate and cravings adapt to where you don’t even want or enjoy cheap junk food.
Yes that's a huge benefit of staying consistent with healthy eating habits.
Then you're not suffering from decision fatigue about whether or not you're going to eat the ice cream in the refrigerator
