The finest are just 100 to 500 rupees ($1.1 to $6), but nowadays people have grown up and not letting others pee in public. Even those open washrooms have got covered and made world class now..
I've to give credit to Modi all this transformation here. He actually made people aware that they have to change to bring the change.

Women as well but that used to be mostly behind the bushes! 😂
As a kid I also used to do it anywhere because we had many hectares of Babool (an Indian tree that has big thorns) and paddy fields all around.
What I mean that we grew up around a farm house in rural India and we also had toilets ever since I remember.
