I started using it two years ago or so, practically since ChatGPT came out. From then on, it helped me a lot in my work, saving me time, and I started using it for practically everything, even writing emails and absurd things like text messages, making it almost indispensable in my life.

Oh wow!

I used it intensively like that for a week or so, but then I started to feel dumb and empty.

So now, outside of my ongoing vibe coding and maturity testing (which fwiw until now has had awful results because I put a very high bar and feed it hard problems), I now use it as a source for links / search terms / book recommendations and the like.

I completely cut off the AI and am only using it on the company computer.
