As someone who has worked from home for over a decade this makes sense. Trends are sometimes slow to catch on. I remember in thinking how stupid it was that many jobs required commuting 5 days a week. Covid lockdowns were a forcing function. Now we are seeing the construction market respond. Same with datacenters.

It's a good point (I didn't pay much attention to his commentary "data are eating men." The chart is what caught my attention).

Yep. Though I bet many see this has people being replaced. I see it as people being given better tools to be more productive. More can be done with less. In other words. Technology
