As of writing this, it looks like his Twitter account is working. Maybe Twitter's software auto-banned him and then staff manually un-banned him.

Who couldn't have predicted this no alternate social media links policy would backfire
I regret deleting my post where I predicted ai would ban a ton of users based on the policy and create a headache for staff ultimately forcing them to hire more when they just fired a bunch.
