S25 Ultra and Pixel 10 Pro XL have already hit the markets while Iphone 17 Pro Max launch is just round the corner. There's enough spy info available on what to expect from upcoming Iphone, so there are many comparisons hitting the media atm.
While all three are have much close competition when it comes to specs, it really comes down to personal preferences or choices what we end up buying in the end.
I know stackers would say that Pixel is much better for it's compatible with Graphene or other similar OS, it doesn't mean you can set aside the iPhone camera or the power and tuning of Snapdragon you get on S25 Ultra.
Here's a brief comparison video which may tell how tough it may get to pick any one because they rival one another so closely.
Here's a video comparison.
The video missed on the price which often than never is a big factor in our buying decisions. Here are starting price for all three. Prices S25 Ultra: $1299 Pixel 10 Pro XL: $1199 iPhone 17 Pro Max: 1499

I'm also migrating to iPhone for real this time. I always thought of buying one when it released the new version but for the sake of minimalism insect in me, I always declined the urge. However not this time. I've been using Android forever and it seems too boring now. Also my primary phone is 8 years old, though I love it and will keep it forever, maybe I'll get it framed.

Pixel. Because you can flash it with Graphene.
If you are a zoomer or use your phone like a zoomer, then iPhone 17.

I actually belong to millennials but my preference is now to get the best camera phone which imo is iPhone out of these three. I'll also suggest Vivo X200 if you want to capture for vlogging.

Didn't mean you personally of course, but in general.
I've always loved my iPhones in terms of hardware and functionality. They are also reasonably secure as long as you keep buying new ones. My no-sim, always off 2nd spare device is an iPhone (15). Clean and there in case I need it.
I read that as flogging. Haha.

As sorry, didn't mean that way and certainly didn't take it personally. I'm not good at framing aesthetic sentences in English, I'm not native. So beg your pardon.
Iphones have always definitely been one step ahead than others. Personally have never had one but both my siblings have one each. I've never liked whenever they have been flaunting these shiny apples in front of me. They (everyone else) take it as a status symbol in India.

Apple markets (and prices) their stuff as life-style items / status symbols - I really think that that's as intended.
But, to me their products really are of higher perceived quality, both in specs and in use. So it's worth it. Just, I need more control than what Apple's ecosystem can offer me. If I wouldn't be needing the fine-grained security, I'd use an iPhone.
