You can always build more houses. You can build land. Cloud cities. Arcologies. Build out, build up. Dwellings are not finite, not held fixed in number by algorithm. Housing, in value, will decay against Bitcoin forever.

You can of course sell above market rate for sats, and use that premium to buy more sats, it would be accretive.
