It looks like it's working this time. The contract is listed in my contracts pane and it says it's been broadcast.

i had it working with the S-Wallet and Umbrel.
not sure what was going on with our DLC in the beginning.

*ALSO: thanks for reporting the slow down. Turns out I was rendering the markdown preview even when it wasn't viewed which is super inefficient/bad because it was getting re-rendered for every character you enter*
