Tail emission on Bitcoin is a ridiculous idea. If needed it means that Bitcoin adoption hasn't happen, and thus monero will be a fine enough (with tons of others shitcoins) to send value on the net.
Bitcoin this way will have the best because organically set, the lowest possible level of tail emission from all other shitcoins.
E.g 0.1% against order of magnitude higher in Monero. The obvious choice what is: the best money here...
