I'm not a tablet guy, so I may be wrong, but I don't understand who this is for. Is it for someone that wants a more portable tablet or a person that wants a bigger phone screen?
It's a weird kind of segmentation. We have tablets for when phones are too small and laptops are too big. Now we'll have folding tablets for when phones are too small and unfoldable tablets are too big.

I'm interested for very specific reasons.
Lots of my day work is server admin, although its possible to run the app Teamviewer on a regular iphone -- and it works pretty well -- there are some usecases where it sucks.
You have to "scroll" to different areas of the screen in Teamviewer if using on a small phone. It would be nice to have 2-in-1. A small phone for 90% of my day, and if/when I need the real estate for Teamviewer to have that available.

I think the same thing, but I was also skeptical of the iPad when it first came out and so I've learned not to trust my product instincts too much.
I'm guessing there's an entire cohort of people whose entire compute is now on their phones, and they want more screen space but have become so unfamiliar with traditional desktop/laptop environments that there's demand for these new larger-screen phones

"Sahi pakde hain" transalation - You're absolutely right. Apart from these you mentioned, a fold phone by iphone will be a big advantage for vloggers.

It's for people who will want to fit in a desktop in their pockets if given a choice, haha.
Jokes aside, a bigger screen can be a real help for content creators while shooting from the phone looking at all the wide angles. The tablets don't offer as good a camera as do the iphones afaik.

It would be cooler if it folded into a ninja star.

Cool. I don’t really get the folding phone thing but I guess it’s good for some people. I don’t really care for a large phone. Most new phones are already too large in my opinion.

Foldable phones are a real big help for camera people. You know you can click selfies, shooot vlog, with the rear camera only possible on a fold phone. Other than that if you're a travel blogger it'll lessen your need of buying and carrying an extra heavier camera

That makes sense.
