There's not been much I've seen of post and/or comments with referrals / reflinks / affiliate links, but I can assure you -- that's coming.
Reddit will delete a post where the URL has a referral code.
I don't have much to suggest on this, either way. But I looked in using SN Search to see if there was prior discussion on this topic here and didn't find any.
I just posted SN Item #11285 about Drake's Super bowl bets on Stake.
In the comments of an article like that you should eventually, after SN gains a wider user base, expect to see someone post a comment (or comments) with links to various sportsbooks (with the commenter's reflink in the URL, of course).
And then when one does it you have others follow suit with the same content, but with their relinks. And so on. The Bitcoin wiki was amazing to watch regarding this, before they had to implement restrictions -- you'ld have daily edit wars on the list of exchanges, or sportsbooks, etc., .... Person1 would add their reflink to the exchange's URL, the next day Person2 would edit the article and the only change was the reflink to that second person's reflink. It was comical.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm unfamiliar with deterrence methods for affiliate links but something to be aware of.
