Once I fund a channel on Phoenix wallet from on chain. I have the balance and the total capacity. My impression is that the balance can only be as large as the capacity or another channel will be created with the fee associated with that.

So once I open the channel and my balance is fairly close to total capacity (it looks like Pheonix opens a slightly larger capacity than was received) if I want to continue receiving payments on that channel do I have to send some of that balance out of that channel in order to make room for more incoming payments, without going over the total capacity?

I'm playing around with Phoenix as someone coming from Muun and just trying to make sense of it all.
