You don't like seeing more onramps into bitcoin?
Anyone receiving Celo from the promotion can transfer that to an exchange that supports that token, like KUCoin, and sell that token for bitcoin.
Also, coincident to this promotion launching on LocalCoinSwap there is a bridge service called LN-Celo, which lets those with their free Celo convert that into Lightning network.
