do you recommend any of them? are those wallets safe? by WoS you refer to Wallet of Satoshi?

Phoenix and Blixt are self-custodial, Minibits is Cashu wallet that's self-custodial too. Wallet of Satoshi, Blink and Coinos are custodial service. I would recommend them, yes
