Set a 1-minute timer for each:
💪🏼 Max-effort Push-Ups
🏋🏼♂️ Max-effort Bodyweight Squats
💪🏼 Max-effort Overhead Press
🔥 Max-effort Romanian Deadlifts
💥 Max-effort Dumbbell Rows
That’s a 5-minute full-body circuit.
Do it every other day and aim to beat your numbers by 3–5 reps each round.
That’s progressive overload—without complicating it.
👉🏽 Want more? Rest 2 minutes and repeat the circuit up to 3 times for a 20-minute workout.
👉🏽 As your fitness improves, push it to 4–5 rounds for maximum results.
This is movement as medicine.
