For the first time in 30 years non U.S. central banks hold more gold than U.S. treasuries.
The percentage of Treasuries has hovered around 30%. The percentage of gold fell from a high of 75% to 15%. Today it’s 25% for both. What makes up the other 50%?

Mainly their own currency, commercial banks loans, corporate bonds, etc..
