I plan to meal prep diced onions and garlic today and was curious if the internet's wisdom could improve upon the crosshatch method I normally use. It turns out it could.
This method is a lot like the crosshatch method, but instead of cutting parallel to the cutting board, you cut the onion into quarters so you can cross the cuts while still cutting at a perpendicular.
Wow, that makes a lot of sense. I’ll try it next time. I’ve cut myself dicing onions before, not fun
