Can anyone explain why no lightning network nodes show up on the Acinq map for El Salvador? Is it because the map only shows eclair nodes? Are they all over Tor? Something to do with the chivo wallet?

right. individual nodes are on ToR and all big company nodes such as Chivo, Ibex, bitcoin beach are on AWS US.
