Here’s a simple full-body dumbbell circuit you can start today:
✅ Do each exercise for 1 minute
✅ Rest 2 minutes
✅ Repeat up to 3 total rounds (about 20 minutes)
At first, do this workout every 3rd day. As you get fitter, move to every other day.
Your goal: add a few reps each session. Once you can hit 20–30 clean reps per move, it’s time to invest in heavier weights.
