But isn't the only reason they're second behind Uber because the latter decided that they needed to copy that model? I liked my pre-UberX black car service much better than all that gig worker crap. Now you land in a random city on a random continent and there's an 80% chance there is no proper service at all, only "comfort" - if you're lucky.
