My friend recommended the following exercises for a couple months to strengthen the muscles around my knee, and then it shouldn’t hurt anymore
One leg Romanian deadlifts Deadmill One mile peloton
I learned physical therapy is only for those who are actually injured and have an x ray or MRI image to get a medical diagnosis

Not sharp stab
Dull ache but can’t ignore anymore. Feel when I’m not running too
Goes away if I stop running for three days

is getting an xray or mri to get a proper look not on the menu? have to be careful you dont make it worse by accident

i think it depends how long and how bad, you might just have a rsi

Look into sled pulling and pushing too. That should help with knee stability and strength too.
