Today I've been thinking about content marketing and what works in the space. Should Lightswap be doing more than just words?
One idea I keep coming back to: a clean PDF infographic that shows apps and services across Layer 1, 2, and 3. Basically a visual map of the ecosystem. When I look at what River.com and the Bitcoin Suisse Institute put out, they do this really well. Their docs get passed around, screenshotted, slacked, shared in Telegram groups. Every time it spreads, their logo and link are right there. It presents them as authoritative and knowledgeable, while also driving visibility.
Other types of content work too. Think of little tools like Kraken’s satoshi-to-USD converter. Super simple, but people use it, bookmark it, share it. And because it’s useful, it keeps bringing folks back.
If we did something like this for Lightswap, we’d get a few wins:
our logo and URL traveling every time someone shares it
people seeing us as a credible, knowledgeable source
content that spreads way further than a blog post usually does
Question is: would you actually find value in a PDF like that?
What kind of content would you want to see us create?
If you're new to Lightswap...
We’re building an app that lets you move bitcoin and fiat across your existing wallets, exchanges and bank accounts — using natural language, you just type it out!
It makes moving and managing money much easier and much quicker.
It already works with major exchanges, so you can buy, sell, send, query, automate DCA, and build workflows without leaving the conversation.
We’re opening a 100-person beta and I’d love to get early feedback from bitcoiners here.
