The funny thing is that I used this example of my car as today I got a shock seeing the bill from the mechanic. It's an old Toyota that cost us about $10k. There are a bunch of parts that need to be replaced soon that will come to around $7k... Seeing how cheap these Chinese models are makes me think more about this kind of stuff. If the quality weren't so great but it only cost $5k you could just buy a new one every few years.

But going back to the 99% of jobs gone claim, it's still too soon. Impossible IMO
