Yeah, its a really weak position and ironic that he's from Virginia. I mean he swore to uphold the Constitution and he's basically calling the ideas behind the Declaration of Independence evil and literally contradicting it.

If ever there was an example of why the Constitution has failed to protect the people from an oppressive federal government this is one. The Constitution has value but it has no power on its own.
