Deadline is a soft deadline. As long as picks are in before the games start on Sunday I will accept them. I just prefer everyone doesn't make their pick one hour before game time as it is a pain in the ass to admin. Once we migrate to the app it won't matter because your pick will be in by the deadline or it won't.
