In the past, I too behaved like this and fell victim to this evil social media system (garbage 🗑️). And my mind took it for granted. I can now proudly say that on my phone, I only have apps or networks with a purpose that provide me with value and knowledge, and where I can also share the knowledge I've gained. (Nostr and S.N) are my favorites. Thank you, my mind has been freed!!!
