It's shameful. A player who refuses the long heave over stats should get benched immediately by the coach!

That's dumb. It's not like they are taking 10 of these a game. If you take a shot it is a shot. That's like saying a hail mary in football shouldn't be an incompletion or trying a 60 yard field goal shouldn't count as a missed FG.
