LN goes some way towards this, but I think that it is a clear case where there needs to be other types of Layer 2 systems running on top of Bitcoin specifically for this case. Liquid, RGB, Fedimint, Cashu, these are tippy toeing in the right direction but I'm still to see a L2 that obsoletes Monero.
