I actually had a similar but more elaborate idea the other week:

With video models, your friend group could create your own reality TV show, where each friend enters a avatar/character into a virtual group house. The characters are both animated via AI image/video, and their thoughts and dialogue are powered by AI. Each week, the group house has a vote to kick one character out, per reality TV format.

But it's also like fantasy football, where you are hoping that your character will be the most popular and survive to the end.
