I would have thought that people would have had a repulsive reaction if that makes sense…. That didn’t show up and maybe it was to early but for those to know there had been someone at least shot and not disown it is saddening

Also, was the poll *released* immediately after the assassination, or *conducted* immediately after?  I imagine it takes some time to conduct the poll, gather the data, and release it.
