drinking 64oz of fresh watermelon juice today, juiced whole with rind & seeds; watermelon juice is a low-acidity fruit (above 5 pH), which helps the body reduce the total load of protons in the body (and consequently, to my primitive understanding, the total load of deuterium);
yesterday was an apple-juicing day, more than 64oz (juiced without the cyanide); that was supposedly a high load of vitamin C, which helps the immune system;
watermelon juice sounds good right now

many want some watermelon juice; few wish to pay for the $777 juicer; it's also a lot of work... watermelon is a pretty good start tho, for the amount of juice yield and work;

"juicing" wud be too narrow of a topic for a territory; a more inclusive topic wud be something like Rasayana or food alchemy/chemistry; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rasayana
"The current Rasayana formulas are based on such ingredients as amla (Emblica officinalis) which, if fresh, has high content of vitamin C, Terminalia belerica, Terminalia chebula, shilajit, long pepper, black pepper, ginger, processed guggul, guduchi, ashwaganda, shatavari and similar ingredients."
