I don’t think so! Hope I’m wrong, but this pay-to-post or pay-to-comment thing doesn’t really seem like it’s gonna catch on. Honestly, maybe that’s for the best, once the masses take over, stuff changes a lot, and there’s a good chance it changes for the worse.

I suspect there is a certain threshold where communities start to lose their culture that was the original attraction. This happened with Twitter for me and I know many others that share that sense.
I think the idea of having everyone in one place talking all the time is gonna have all kinds of problems just as it does in cities and nation states. There needs to be some shared cultural morals/ideas to bind them.
