I know this will trigger some people but it needs to be said.
Nexstar is in the midst of trying to acquire another large TV station owner, Tegna, for $6.2 billion, a transaction that requires the approval of the FCC
The issue is NOT that Trump or his FCC chair is pressuring ABC to fire someone or do something. The issue is that the state has to be placed in the position to approve or deny business transactions. When you create a system where massive amounts of money require state approval you create a target. When you centralize power it is only a matter of time until someone abuses it. And when so much power is centralized in a nation divided into multiple cultures you are going to raise the stakes of elections. Every election is do or die. Its not just that you have bad people in these positions. Its flawed to the core to have so much power in a mob family like system.
People complain about all the people around Trump. Its obvious its about being close to power. But what do we expect? The people on the left getting all upset about this are so dishonest. They want even more power in the central government. They oppose state's rights. They oppose decentralization. So I have little patience for them crying about a late night show getting the can. You made this bed.

If you are a bitcoiner you should get this.
The state is like a proof of stake system.
The market is like a proof of work system.
