Nvidia in 2023 invested $125 million so seems like they in total have spent over $1 billion on this tech and team. The tech if it works like Enfabrica says would be a huge step for Nvidia since they could link together 100,000 of their GPUs into a single computer. The efficiency boost this could provide would be remarkable.

Its also the new way around antitrust laws.... buy out the top people and license the tech or just rob the company of the whole team. We have seen Meta and Google do this recently with their "AI hires" or "AI acquisitions"
