Why dont just allow ppl who want to open companies and employ themselves in the companies full time to move to US tho? Bring productive ppl in and let them build stuff there.
Just keep the leeches out (its easy, drop the social support bullshit and remove taxes) so only ppl who are productive and produce can move there easily
