Cardinals have played the 49ers better than any other team in the West over the past 5 years.
I will take the 49ers because they are at home but I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the young defense had a hard time dealing with Murray and the Cards won.
I don’t know if Jennings is playing. If not we are really depleted at WR which is good for you guys considering your CB injuries.
Should be a good test for both teams.
Probably will come down to a last minute drive / defensive stop

I am looking forward to seeing what Gannon throws at Mac Jones and CMC with the all those corners out. I am guessing he will be very aggressive. On the flipside I am looking forward to seeing what Saleh does with the defense to try to keep Murray in the pocket. He always seems to go for a couple explosive runs against us every time we play. Also who is covering McBride? Is it Stout or Sigle (rookies)? If so how will they hold up because they might get toasted.
It's an interesting dynamic because your D is banged up but our O is banged up.

I think the D will focus primarily on Mccaffery and make Mac Jones beat them

That's definitely been teams gameplans so far. Saints dared the 49ers to pass. OLine held up and Jones had a good day. I think Cards have a better DLine than Saints so we will see how that looks today.
Week 1 Purdy spent the entire day on the run. Purdy isn't playing today so Cards definitely have an opportunity to get after Jones. I do wonder if they try to attack your corners with MVS downfield a couple times early just to keep Gannon honest. Mac does throw a good deep ball.
