i ve the time only at home in the morning and evening...
and ocasionaly in the nature....
i practise hindou/mystic meditation and hatha yoga every day.
And do you practise meditation ?
I discovered that Buddhism is for sharp mind as Krishnamurti....
so not really for me...

I practice yoga, but it’s kind of westernized, and like westernized things it’s a blend of approaches.
I used to do transcendental meditation. I enjoyed it a lot. I haven’t in a long time

each of us has it s own path ( in yoga it is said that there are around 114 paths)
