my fiancee and I made a deal we'd do it together
involves gradually cutting out various foods until a water-only fast on day 11 and then gradually reintegrate back to normal over the following 10 days
for now its only poultry, eggs, fish, fruits, veggies yoghourt and whole grains (no bread) -- after a few days it'll be no more eggs and chicken... for a another few days, then straight to fruits and veggies
keeping up the 3x weekly HIIT training regimen at the boxing club while im at it -- the workout today went swell
