Paraguay has a bbq tradition since its beginnings, the first thing to come in our lands was one bull and seven cows. From there, meat was a tradition, mixing styles coming from Rio de la Plata and Brazilian techniques which, combined, make a delicious tradition.
This is a pork rib
The pork was cooked on a grill recycled from a water heater And the next is a Iron Cross-related technique. Because we don't have the proper materials, we use the skewer to cook slowly and for the fire, we use grapefruit tree branches for a sweet flavor
The flavor in it is so amazing
This is another angle, paraguayan meat is amazing.
And how much does it cost?
This is a possible average for meat. The flank steak per kg. is an average of 7,33 but say you don't have any money. You still find cheaper steak: 6, 5 USD and a small cut for 2,25 USD.
