Honestly this is one of the most under talked about things. When they furlough employees the Federal Government has essentially gone back and paid all these people for however much time has gone by. Literally it has turned into a paid vacation. This is exactly what should happen and if the Senate Dems want to supercharge the Trump admins revamp of the Federal government then well you are giving him a huge win here!
