I feel pretty good about today, other than the large quantity of cookies I ate in the morning.
How did you do today?
Cranked out 3 sets of 35 and 20 curls on each side today. Still not eating enough, I need a bit more concentration on my diet. Today was 4 cups of black coffee a hotdog, doughnut, bag of dill pickle lays chips and more of those goldfish crackers from yesterday, muscle milk protein shake. I might grab something to eat after work.
I'd love to wake up earlier, but my nights tend to be a bit prolonged.
