probably some sort of gadget; given that the most apparently relevant search engine result is some obnoxious noun phrase ending in "Solution", I somehow am significantly unoffended that you didn't include any media with your question!

yeah lol I don't have a budget for making my power bill any higher than it already is, and will get forgotten by "friends" before dying of hunger.
Thirst is solved by keeping the electricity bill higher than amortized fluid fines.
