It only took me a few weeks, but I finally thought to wear gloves for the dead-hang. Now I can get a lot more out of it than just hurt hands.

Have walked 8000 steps today n it’s not even 2pm.
Didn’t sleep enough last night, though. Stayed up late to answer responses to Which Stackers do you miss? because I think it’s only polite I do so haha
Feeling reasonably good. Going back to my old workplace to see old students n colleagues

Lately I've not been sleeping well nor getting in much exercise, because i've been staying up late for all sorts of reasons. Haven't really been able to get into a good routine. Lack of sleep affects my energy and willpower to get any physical activity in
Yeah, good sleep makes other things a lot easier.
