This one doesn't look like a trust issue... I think it's a timezone or lagged payments thing.
It's a bug. It's also not showing up in the Hot filter on the main page.

I spend so much time on /recent I didn't notice that it wasn't showing up on top. It's a new account so probably there's not much trust.
(Can't wait for No-Trust November!)
