it seems to me that it probably some literal translation from a foreign language.
Quite possible it means Bitcoin all time high in next 2 days. 21 Leaders = Bitcoin ATH = all time high

I'm pretty sure it's a bitcoin related all time high, but I don't know if 21 Leaders is some tangential thing.
